Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is included with every purchase shipped within the continental United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from Beaufort, SC. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — please email [email protected] before placing your order so we can arrange faster delivery and confirm the cost.
I bought a class but got an “order shipped” email. What’s going on?
No worries! Classes are in-person and nothing will be shipped. That email just confirms your registration spot in the workshop.
What is your class refund policy?
Due to the time-based nature of in-person classes, I’m unable to refund class reservations. However, I understand life happens — if you can’t attend, I’ll happily send you a craft kit with all the materials for your project plus instructions. Email [email protected] to make arrangements.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on artwork?
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can make it right.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I occasionally accept custom orders for paintings, mosaics, or murals. Email me with your idea, size, and timeline to start the conversation.
Are your works originals or prints?
Each product listing specifies if the piece is an original, a print, or another format like a mosaic or sculpture. Originals are one-of-a-kind; prints are signed and made in limited runs.
How should I care for my artwork?
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from excessive humidity. For mosaics, avoid prolonged outdoor exposure unless noted as outdoor-safe.
Can I send your art as a gift?
Absolutely. Just include a note at checkout or email me with the recipient’s name and shipping address. I can add a handwritten note for no extra charge.
